2. Formulate and maintain SMT operation standards.
3. Responsible for handling, analyzing and improving quality abnormalities in SMT production lines. Track the quality status of each SMT production line, identify problem points and conduct continuous improvement. Timely detect and feedback problems that cannot be solved by oneself, such as design and material issues.

3. More than 3 years of SMT engineer experience, more than 2 years of SMT programming experience; good ability to analyze and solve SMT process problems;

5. Familiar with the working principle of SMT equipment; proficient in programming, debugging and maintenance of GKG screen printers, Samsung series placement machines and other equipment.
6. Familiar with stencil-related design requirements and reflow oven temperature profile-related standards.
7. Familiar with IPC standards related to manufacturing processes and other relevant international standards.
